Folakemi Adesina

Country Lead

Folakemi Adesina, Founder of the Do Good Charity Initiative, is a passionate advocate for the rights of children and women. With a legal background and a dedication to non-profit management, Folakemi has made a positive impact on over 25,000 individuals in various states in Nigeria. She holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Humanitarian Action from UCAM University, Murcia.

ADEDIRAN ANUOLUWAPO

Community Manager

Anuoluwapo Adediran is a passionate advocate for social change. With over 8 years of experience, she’s dedicated to empowering youths and communities through various initiatives. She leads programs at Do Good Charity Initiative, drives community campaign at Giving Tuesday Nigeria, and leads the Impact Hub, a community simplifying development and driving youth engagement through volunteering.

Kano State Lead
Sunusi Hashim, the founder and executive director of the Society for Child Support and Economic Empowerment (SOCSEE). This non-governmental organization is dedicated to supporting children, women, and vulnerable elderly individuals.
Ebere Onwe
Ebonyi State Lead
Ebere is the founder and Executive Director of Sister's Ally Foundation for Community Development, dedicated to empowering young girls in underserved communities. As a community leader for Giving Tuesday in Ebonyi State, her goal is to encourage students to make monthly donations to support other young people who lack funds to continue their education.
Ihechi Olanrewaju
Benue State Lead
Ihechi, a legal practitioner and child rights advocate, is empowering vulnerable children through her organization, Comfort Centre for Child Advocacy. For Giving Tuesday in Benue State, she aims to increase access to education for underserved communities by providing scholarships to 100 low-income students.
Haruna Abubakar
Kebbi State Lead
Haruna is the National President of Ummaty International Charity Foundation, committed to creating a better future for orphans and the less privileged. He aims to grow the Giving Tuesday network in Kebbi state by mentoring and inspiring youth to exhibit their potentials, as well as providing assistance to needy orphans.
Funke Oyedun
Oyo State Lead
Funke is a Computer Science Education Specialist and founder of Tech the Special, which runs free coding clubs for young people. As a community leader for Giving Tuesday in Oyo state, her goals are to teach 21st-century skills for building sustainable businesses and provide life-supporting skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, literacy, coding, robotics, and marketing.
Amber Zika Onwe
Enugu State
Zika is the CEO of Zika Foundation, a humanitarian organization dedicated to empowering less fortunate children, women, and youths in Enugu State through education, health, and feeding programs
Ali Mele
Yobe State Lead
Ali is the founder of Hope for Street Children and Vulnerable People Foundation (HOPLE) in Yobe state. As a community leader for Giving Tuesday, his goals are to promote generosity, support orphans with educational kits, and provide food and non-food assistance to widows, IDPs, and vulnerable women in Yusufari LGA, Yobe state.
Sevoh Okikiola
Ogun State Lead
Okikiola is a counseling psychologist with a passion for sustainable development and humanitarian work. He founded the Advocacy for Prison and Orphanages Organization to promote effective advocacy for correctional reforms and rehabilitation programs.
Isaac Adeyemo
Osun State Lead
Isaac is the Executive Director of Mordecai Care Foundation of Nigeria and the community leader for GivingTuesday in Osun State. His goal is to increase awareness about GivingTuesday in the state through a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Women, Children, and Social Affairs, and by organizing capacity-building programs to promote visibility of the movement.

Abuja Lead
Cynthia is a Registered Nurse, Author, Nursing Advocate, and Health Educator. She is the founder of COA Connect, president of Nurses Reform Initiative, and Director of Operations and Policy at Skystep Group of Companies Ltd.
Oluwakemi Adesina
Oyo State Co - lead
Oluwakemi Adesina, Co-founder and Director of Zadok Foods, with a B.Sc. in Economics and over 14 years of experience across waste management, FMCG, and real estate. Oluwakemi also leads Nathaniel Albert Foundation, empowering women and children through initiatives like her padbank and foodbank, serving over 7 villages.
Suzanah Douglas Zaki
Kaduna State Lead
Suzanah Douglas Zaki, an epitome of a multifaceted professional, leveraging over a decade and a half of experience spanning the realms of librarianship, humanitarian endeavors, and leadership capacities.
Husayn Zanguru
Spark Chapter Leader
Husayn is a multi-talented social entrepreneur with a passion for creating meaningful work. He founded SoundArt On the Spot, a global creative platform, and is a Startling Collective fellow. As a community leader in Abuja for Giving Tuesday, he aims to increase awareness of the importance of giving back through social media campaigns, community events, and local partnerships. He also encourages volunteerism by inspiring people to donate their time, skills, and resources to support charitable causes.

Ogunbowale Esther Inioluwa Is a passionate young lady, that has a positive change driving mindset. By her participation in various charity organizations like Do Good Charity Initiative, she has been able to positively impact the lives of children and women all around.

Jesunimofe is a dedicated change-maker with a passion for transforming lives. Through her non-governmental organization, The Hand that Gives the Rose, she has made a profound impact on the lives of hundreds of underprivileged children in Nigeria over the past three years.
